About
Kacey Gardner is an experienced litigator and mediator bringing more than 30 years’ experience to her practice of family law. Ms. Gardner has a substantial litigation background and formal mediation training and experience. She achieves results by utilizing the best strategy for each individual client through litigating, negotiating resolutions, or judicially supervised settlement conferences.
Ms. Gardner is well-regarded for her ethics and commitment to her clients. She is empathetic and keenly aware of the stress clients are under and works diligently to resolve their cases with solutions that best meet their needs. Ms. Gardner was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993 and graduated from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Ms. Gardner is a member of the Marin County Bar Association.
