About
Jill Blake-Burke is focused on practicing family law in the Bay Area. She has represented clients of all family structures and backgrounds since 2012 before joining Kaspar & Lugay, LLP, in March 2024. With more than a decade of experience practicing family law, Ms. Blake-Burke is dedicated to assisting her clients with achieving the best possible outcomes in their cases.
A Bay Area native, Ms. Blake-Burke received her Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude in the top 5% of her class and received numerous awards for academic excellence. Jill was also a Technical Editor on the Journal of International Law. During law school, Jill was a judicial intern in the family division at the Santa Clara County Superior Court. She was also an intern at the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office.
